Nathalie is a social entrepreneur who has worked in the justice and human rights sector as an innovator and researcher for the last eight years. She is the co-founder and CEO of SEMA, an accountability initiative leveraging new technologies to collect citizen feedback data, which has been used by the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, the Uganda Police Force and the Kampala Capital City Authority. SEMA was the youngest organisation ever to receive the international Anti-Corruption Excellence Award in 2019 in the category of 'innovation'. Nathalie also helped set up the global Justice Accelerator at the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law, and recently also set up the Amsterdam Law Hub at the University of Amsterdam - two innovation engines for the justice sector.
