Eboe Hutchful is a member of the Advisory Committee of the KPSRL, and Professor of Africana Studies at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He is co-founder and Executive Secretary of the African Security Sector Network (ASSN); in that position, he has been responsible for managing a pan-African network of SSRexperts and forging a high-level partnership with the AU, UN, and EU to build the AU’s SSR capabilities.
